Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to create a bespoke memorial jewellery piece?

The creation of a bespoke memorial jewellery piece typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Can I visit your location to see the range of samples before making a decision?

Yes, I encourage clients to book an appointment to visit our studio in Rushden, Northamptonshire to view our range of samples and discuss their preferences in person.

What metals are your ashes jewellery made of?

All of the ashes memorial jewellery is 925 sterling silver, and a small selection of them are 9ct gold.

Can I choose a colour?

Yes, of course! There are lots of different colours and finishes for you to choose from.

How much of the ashes do you need?

I only need a tiny amount, less than a teaspoon full.  You can bring your loved ones' ashes into me, and I can decant the ashes for you, or you can do it if you prefer.  Then there is no worry about ashes being lost in the post, or mixed up with someone else's order!

How can I be sure my loved one's ashes are used?

I understand this is a great concern for clients, and that is why I take your order in person.  When creating your memorial jewellery, I will video the process, so you can be sure that it is actually your loved one's ashes being made into the jewellery piece.
