By placing an order with Wings Memorial Jewellery, you agree to the following terms.

Custom Orders Online

All items are made to order. I do not begin crafting until ashes (or hair) have been received. It is your responsibility to follow the collection instructions provided after purchase.  You will have filled out the order form, I will contact you with payment link information, and instructions on how to send ashes/hair.  I require payment in full for all online orders.

Custom Orders in Person

All items are made to order.  I do not begin crafting your jewellery until I have your ashes/hair.  During your consultation, I will show you examples of jewellery, and you will hand your ashes/hair to me either at that time, or later at another appointment.  If you decide to order at your consultation, I will take a 50% deposit to start the order, with the balance due on collection of your items.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering online, through a secure SumUp checkout.

Please note that each piece is unique. Your jewellery may differ slightly in colour or texture depending on the ashes or materials used.
