At Wings Memorial Jewellery, each piece is lovingly handcrafted using your loved one’s ashes or hair. Because of the highly personal and bespoke nature of these creations, I do not offer refunds unless the item is found to be faulty.
I take pride in the quality of my jewellery. If your piece arrives with a fault or develops a manufacturing issue within 12 months, I will offer a free repair or replacement.
Please notify me within 7 days of discovering the issue, and I’ll ask for photographs to help assess the best course of action.
I offer a complimentary resin polishing service to restore the shine of your memorial piece — especially useful if it’s lost its lustre over time.
This service is available as long as the resin is not deeply scratched, cracked, or otherwise damaged beyond surface wear. You're welcome to post the item to me, and I’ll return it lovingly restored (return postage may apply). Please contact me before sending any item.
My guarantee and repair services do not cover:
Damage caused by misuse or rough wear
Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, or lotions
General wear and tear, including minor scratches or tarnishing
Resin dulling or discoloration caused by UV exposure
Any damage from alterations or repairs made by third parties
To protect your jewellery:
Remove it before bathing, swimming, or vigorous activity
Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products
Store in a soft pouch, away from sunlight and moisture
If your piece falls outside of the 12-month guarantee or has been damaged due to wear, I may still be able to help. Please get in touch — I treat every case individually and will do what I can to restore your treasured piece.
